Very friendly atmosphere. Family oriented. Great benefits at reasonable cost.

Cons

This isn't a con for the company specifically, but Covid has kept a lot of people away from that personal interaction, and has been stressful to employees.

Great benefits, amazing culture and fun employee appreciation events, team atmosphere, understanding and no micro-managing here. No layoffs or furloughs during COVID. Strong company. Love the M3 Family!

Pros

The company culture is built on solid moral ethics which they establish through investing in their employees. The work/life balance is not simply tolerated, but highly encouraged which motivates employees to work hard and do the right thing. Tuition reimbursement is a huge benefit as well.

Cons

I believe some employees are slightly underpaid.

We appreciate your comments and the recognition of what we do well. I'm so glad you're happy! I also thank you for taking time to do this! Regarding pay, I think most of us always want more, but we analyze the market with valid tools and reassess constantly to make sure we are competitive. We are paying market salaries and if someone does feel that they are underpaid, we openly discuss it with them! I am confident that when you look at our salaries plus our generous profit sharing, 401k match, plus things like the tuition reimbursement you mentioned, we are quite competitive!
