We appreciate all feedback even when it is critical. Since you indicated that you're a former employee, hopefully you have expressed your concerns prior to your exit. Our wages are competitive to our market, and we evaluate our wages annually to make sure that we're compensating our employees fairly. On top of our excellent benefits and other perks, we offer an attractive place to work. We always encourage our employees to grow and hopefully that is with M3. We have many internal trainings and we always have a hiring goal to fill our open positions with internal employees. We wish you the best.

I have worked in Software support for many years and this is the best company I have worked for. My team all works together and no one ever says that's not my Job -We help all areas in need of assistance Management team is attentive to all employees and provides excellent benefits

Cons

If you are looking for a warm spot to sit until something else comes along this is not the place for you (job Hoppers) If you are willing to work hard you will be rewarded - there are always opportunities in anything that interests you!

Thank you for the review and clearly you have some concerns. I'd love it if you'll come talk with me to see what we can do to address them. I will say that we think highly of our employees and we have done so much for them - no layoffs during recessions/pandemic, free health coverage for the entire family, flexibility, hybrid work schedule...So if there is some work to do between and amongst teams, I'd like a little more detail so we can try to make it better. Turnover is a worldwide problem right now and we are steady again. and you may be unaware of the work we have done to help alleviate the stresses people feel when we are made aware. Anyway, if you're willing to come talk confidentially, maybe we can solution some things.
