      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Benefits were standard and hourly was okay if your had experience. Work for the company for almost 2 years and property and there were high expectations from you.

      Cons

      management, pay and unpredictable schedule. Advancement wasnt easy, based off of if a position became available, which was far and in between.

      Going the way of giant corporations

      Pros

      Employee stock purchasing program gives a decent discount on stock purchase. Matching 401K is good as well.

      Cons

      Top management is to far removed from the properties to truly understand the challenges being faced on the properties. Company tends to use a one size fits all philosophy for operating the properties.

      The end of an era. So long to Post Properties

      Pros

      Post was awesome. Generous paid holidays. Treated employees great. Non-aggressive team based atmosphere. Bonus structure based on team work. Closed on Sundays, and office opens at 10 am. Very nurturing environment, management always willing to teach an promote. Post truly invested in its employees. Never had to take job stress home.

      Cons

      Management gives in to residents too easy, way to flexible.
