Co-workers are fun to work with (some sr. dev are bully). Benefits are average.
Cons
Management sucks, from top to bottom. Micromanagement from all. This place is a nightmare!

Flexible work schedule, if not "war room" time Varied project work Opportunities in various levels of the tech stack Developer team is great to work with Office Manager is great!
Cons
Upper Management: - takes credit for all successes, and shirks responsibility for any failures. - has no explicit plan for employee promotion and growth - demands long hours to fix problems that arise from promising too much - admits no failures and no faults of their own - requires employees be up to date with the latest pitch, whether or not it's been provided to said employees - puts more faith in contractors than in long-term employees - develops new processes for improvement every 2-4 weeks, and abandons similar processes just as often
