      1, Correct selection of technology development. 2, Relax environment, free coffee & food.

      Cons

      1, the payment to the engineers are below average. 2, Too many managers/directors/VPs, who know nothing about the techniques that they are currently working on.

      Pros

      1. Hard working Engineering Design and Support groups. 2. ESPP 3. Free (bad) coffee 4. Some autonomy for technical folks to develop innovative products.

      Cons

      1. Aging workforce. 2. Lack of turnover at top ranks with stock price at historic lows. Maybe changes will come with new CEO. 3. Top heavy with upper MGMT receiving higher % of Stock Options/Rewards. Evident by CEO compensation even though his leadership has produced no net increase in market valuation. 4. Top experienced "workers" are leaving at high rate to other companies in the area (Lowell, MA). What remains is aged work force waiting to retire and counting the days.

We also recognize the demographics on our aging workforce, which is not unique in this industry, and are taking the appropriate steps to address this.       Pros

      Good cafeteria food. Free coffee and tea.

      Cons

      Low pay, not enough staffing for required work. Not organized, this place is a disaster. There is so much waste at this company it is unbelievable. No bonuses. Antiquated/outdated equipment.
