      Pros

      -In house copays waived (incl some Chiropractor care) -Emergency Assistance after 1 year employment -Employee Scholarship for school after 1 year employment -Some room for growth depending on your position -Sick, Vacation, 401k, health benefits (Great visual too) -They are very good about hiring Natives which is awesome! -Great values for a company and for their mission -SWAG given out in annual meeting -CEO is a great and kind individual

      -Retention doesn't seem the strongest -Some local employees very patriotic

      Pros

      Got to drive a federal car to training.

      Cons

      Bad training, cheap wages, reverse discrimination, natives Americans get special treatment only. Can't treat everyone equally. Poor communication from HR and management. Gossip, backstabbing by fellow employees and trainer that was insecure in her position. Drug testing, yet hiring idiots that have crappy customer service skills. Dental and medical field dental has screaming kids not referred out. Job descriptions inaccurate ! Slow, dense administration.
