Pros

--Very strong vision and supportive team! --Company is customer focused and does things the "right way" --You will learn and grow almost every day --Great teamwork, delivery and sales both support each other.

Cons

--Not a con in my opinion but there is a lot accountability. Don't come if you aren't prepared to work and be a part of the team.

Pros

MAD has gone through some strategic changes over the last year and the input and participation of all employees is important and impactful. This is a good place to make a difference.

Cons

There is no "hiding" at MAD, going through the motions and collecting a paycheck. There is constant accountability when it comes to producing. Not a con for lots, might be a con for those looking to just do their job and get a paycheck.

Success not just as a company, but success for our customers and most importantly success and growth for our people.You are right about the cons: if you're looking to color, MAD Security is likely not the place for you. However if you desire to be surrounded by incredibly smart and driven people that will challenge you to be the best version of yourself daily, this is a great place for you! The most important resource at MAD Security is our people.
