-People are the core of this company and that's what creates a great experience. -Benefits: Employer pays a substantial portion of benefits. Also offer 401k and superb vacation time. -Autonomous environment: Speak with the c-level whenever necessary to ask questions, make suggestions, or just to chat. They are always around and ready to listen!

Cons

Not much of a "con" but we are a small company and we work virtually for the most part so you HAVE to be self-motivated to get your work done.
