Cons

"Perform or Be Replaced" has to be the absolute worst idea for a core value. Yes, everyone knows they will be fired if they don't do their job, but putting it into your core values is extremely negative and doesnt really foster any sense of value to the company. Company is a mess, constant re-orgs, can't even get basic support from payroll or security half the time.

Pay is great. Projects are cool if you can get through them.

Cons

Biggest issue is the relationship with AFSOC and the little to no guidance on projects and procedures. Lack of knowledge of almost the entire engineering support team. Management has no clue how to run operations or hire the right people. The use of the DODAF DE for IT.

Great Culture, very supportive supervisors, and HR team, and professionals

Cons

When I was removed from current (customer) project, I was not given any information, reason or severance. Just - Gone! My supervisor just said "They wanted you off the project..." I hoped for a bit more mentoring, or status updates if he was in contact with customer or not, etc.
