Culture was cool in one time

Cons

No pay raises, even after an outstanding year on project. HR team is full of lawyers and they are always ready to fire you in a shady way so they don't have to deal with the PR issues. Too much higher management, not enough power for project managers. How does a nobody go from a PM to Vice President in 6 months? He must know something about the company. No care for the UAS team. If you're planning to work with MAG Aero UAS- don't. They'll treat you like trash.

MAG is a great place to work. It is consistently growing and adding innovation for the field. One of the best qualities of the company is the people that I work with. There is a real sense of accomplishment among the team and the feeling that we are making a difference at the end of the day. I feel challenged by new projects and know that I have the support of leadership behind me in order to succeed. I would recommend this company to anyone who is motivated, interested in ingenuity, and is a team player.

Cons

Sometimes with the growth it can be difficult to adapt to new changes and policies that come with an expanding company. It helps to have a designated POC to help guide you through these challenges. But overall the messaging and communication from Corporate has improved and resources are available on the internal network.
