Some of the people are wonderful to work with. Opportunity within other LVMH masons.

Cons

Overall business sales strategy and sales support is the worst I’ve seen in the beauty business. Some VPs barely know how to use basic Microsoft office suite applications. One of the VPs must be a protected person to still have a job with the company post-pandemic. The brand has been on an ongoing downhill trajectory since parting ways with the brand founder.

Cons

Take Field Team's feedback and suggestions regarding product, delivery, and execution more seriously. The Field Team interacts with the consumer daily and know what value the consumer is looking for in product and packaging.

This company is a very nice company to work for. They are a smaller company so you feel more like a family and they treat their employees with love and respect.

Cons

In the current position and state that I am in my position is tapped out so unfortunately their is no room for growth.
