Think twice if you are looking for career growth and long term career

- Product allowance applicable to beauty brands - Staff sales for brands within LVMH - Most colleagues are nice in general - Stepping stone to beauty industry, suitable for entry level candidates - Great insights on make up tips and tricks with the brand being an artistry brand

Cons

- Lack of career growth, high turnover rate within the brand. Most people left because there was no room for advancement. - Lack of learning curve as newly hired managers are occupied securing their own role. - Be prepared doing more than your job description including things that are out of your scope. - Ways of working is quite outdated due to lack of resources and exposure.
