Amazing products, but need more branding and direction.

The quality of the products is amazing, one of the best cosmetic brand on the market. Dany Sanz, the founder of the company, had a great vision when she created her company. She is an amazing artist and very humble person.

Cons

Too many poor middle managers in this company. In some countries, products are hard to find, not enough sales point. When I was working in retail for the brand, the sales goals were unrealistic. At that time, there was a lot of turnover with employees. The girls would only work for a couple of months and then move on to something else, because feeling disengaged, lack of direction or opportunity within the company.

Benefits. That's all. Also HQ location is easy to get to via subway/public transportation.

Cons

Worst career choice I ever made working here. Senior management has no idea what they're doing. Office culture is awful, you're expected to eat lunch at your desk and some days not enough time for lunch at all. If being mistreated and being blamed for stupid things that aren't your fault is your desirable work environment go for it. Otherwise RUN RUN RUN! I would rather be happily jobless than devote another day to this personal hell.
