Great benefits, free makeup courses and cosmetic products. Opportunity working with various makeup artists which is an amazing experience if you are passionate about this field.

Cons

The Creative team was understaffed hence each designer was given a unreasonable amount of work. Long working hours and hard to keep work/life balanced.

Great techniques for makeup application, that work when applied correctly. Quality of the product is without a doubt superior when comparing brands

Cons

No gratis of new products Yearly gratis had to be chosen from old discontinued product , which may or may not show once received Upper management has all left the company , leaving everyone to scramble to find assistance Disorganized company with no leadership nor policy and procedures
