Pros

Education was great but almost like a form of brainwash.

Cons

I worked for MUFE for 2 years and was bullied constantly by my head make up artist turned assistant manager. I felt I had no choice but to leave the company and none of the higher ups even cared about my leaving even though I was a consistent team player, has excellent sales and for you for ever clients and excelled through the first 3 levels of artistry. I was never given opportunities I should have even thought I worked and fought hard for them. Not a company I'd ever work for again nor do I recommend anyone else working for them either. The only way you will get noticed is based on politics- end of story.

The products are amazing. They are long lasting and they have very creative makeup products.

Cons

The company is backwards. They are so unorganized it's not funny and they don't really care about they're employees.
