Pros

You are paid for for working.

Cons

You are labeled as a salary employee so they can take advantage of not paying you overtime. However, you are given an hourly schedule. It's weird because the company is ran as if they're not looking to grow. Everyone just does the minimum to stay out of trouble and that's from the top down. If you make suggestions for change then your looked at as a problem. You're also made to feel expendable. They make it very clear that you should be happy to be receiving a paycheck and nothing more.

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

Bad management, awful work environment, favoritism, dead end job, no oppertunities to advance, no promotions, small company for years for a reason, no growth, out of the 20 employees most dont stay beyond 1 yr, gossip environment, HR is unprofessional, they post fake positive reviews to keep their ratings above a 2.0
