Great relaxed working environment, great flexibility to change working hours around school runs, annual bonus scheme, health care benefits and free coffee!

Leaving the company, putting my 2 weeks in

Lack of good management. HR terrible. Training terrible. Work you to the bone with no thanks. I worked for the company almost 10yrs. Once management was taken over by the UK, everything went downhill. Changed a lot of policies and rules around. Customers were upset. Was getting micromanaged from multiple people across the pond in the UK. Just not a great place to work. I am glad I was able to get out before it got worse. From what I hear, they cracked more whips and it's a revolving door. That's what they get. Oh, forgot to mention. I was with the company almost 10yrs. I started off with one job title, left with the same title. What this means, you are in DEAD end job. No advancement. Felt like the Walking Dead in there. No thanks.
