I have enjoyed working at Mantech since my very first day. Even during the most challenging of workweeks, I am proud to be part of a company that is innovative, transparent, and supportive. I feel like I am part of something bigger than myself, and I am comfortable sharing my ideas and concerns with my direct supervisor, as well as others in leadership. My employer genuinely cares about me as an individual and I believe they value what I bring to the business. I LOVE working here!
Cons
Digital friction can be a challenge from time to time. On the plus side, I do believe everyone in the company has experienced this at some point, and for the most part, it makes members across all departments find creative and helpful ways to work together.
