ManTech is a big company with a small town, family type of organization. As the saying goes, "you get out of it what you put into it" and at ManTech it is more than just a catch phase. Recognition, appreciation, empowerment are all alive and well here.

Cons

I don't have a downside working for ManTech. I have worked in some challenging environments that were company created. The culture at ManTech truly is a team with team goals!
