None - working here is a waste of time.

Cons

Unhealthy work culture Lack of leadership at lower levels to oversee lower level management involvement and to guide lower level management. Low level management is non-existent. No formal policies for operating are in-place nor followed. Lack of team structure - no communication and no collaboration. Low level management prides themselves on firing people to feel powerful - they brag about the people the fire.

Mike Rickman is amazing! He has helped me multiple times navigating some issues regarding my benefits. Best part, he resolved them every single time!

Cons

ManTech needs to understand the requirements for military personnel that are mobilized and coming back to work. It has made obtaining benefits challenging which has required me to need assistance multiple times.
