It's a job - big Gov't Contractor. Pretty much a cannon fodder body shop like lots of other big corporations. Worldwide - every contract is different

Cons

If your client has money from congress great. Mantech is just a pass through. A good Govt POC means a good job. Mantech does not protect the end worker. Benifits minimum they can get away with. Some contracts don't have all holidays included. Ask about your specific contract - your coworker may have a different deal.

I've noticed that there have been some positive reviews left here- probably HR/recruiters did it because NO ONE WANTS TO WORK HERE. Everyone's leaving like flies and it has become worse nowadays. New hires eventually end up not coming because they already know. Winning recompets come with pay cuts for people who have been working hard and loyal to the company. Way to go!

Cons

Favoritism and rotten to the core. Some people get to work only 5-6 hours a day and don't get in trouble just because they have connections or are closer to their managers. Some others- you wish you can even take full 30 minute lunch breaks. Pay is extremely low, again unless you are in the loop They are losing contracts and are not winning any. Customers are getting really upset at this company, so they have no future basically.

No Pros during my experience with the company.

Cons

Treated terribly by managed while pregnant. Returned from standard maternity leave to additional management harassment. Worked as diligently as possible with extensive additional hours including bring my new born to work on weekends in effort to win over management team to no avail. Ultimately forced out.
