      Poor Management Kills Opportunity

      Pros

      I was working with people who were mostly professional and certainly knowledgeable in their fields. With only one exception. Management's failure to engage this person to resolve known issues led me to resign.

      Cons

      Mantech did not really manage or supervise staff. They were unable to take action to keep staff engaged with work and to resolve conflicts when reported.

      Supportive team atmosphere. Management is respectful and supportive. No micro management if you do your job and do it well.

      Pay is not very competitive
