      Good culture , flexible work hours . The work was not exciting but not much work is . Benefits average. Solid leadership . Great work life balance

      Cons

      Mgmt can be clique like any company . Very small inflation or barely above inflation salary raises for back office employees. You have get another offer to get any type of raise . Paralegal is a similar role, tougher hours but More pay

      Best Company I've Worked For

      Pros

      This has been the best company I've ever worked for. Salary is almost as good as top tier tech companies but I get a lot more freedom of life. Overtime is discouraged, but available if desired. Management is hands-off, and the work feels important. Promotions are available internally so there's no need to leave the company to improve. The culture is mostly blame-free and promotes proper engineering and life instead of bending over backwards for the customers. • Competitive Salary • Total Flex Schedule • Benefits • Hands-Off Management • Value of Work
