Pros

I've previously worked for other contractors, but this is my favorite company so far. Corporate level management engage with smaller branches, visit often, and really do care about their employee's. They have so many online courses for employees at no cost, as well as have employee goals that they will work with you on.

Cons

Not many locations to transfer to

There is a lot of resources for training. The work is very interesting and rewarding.

Benefits could be better. There is a long vesting period.

-Flexible work schedule -Freedom to work from home -Opportunity to interact directly with customer

Cons

-Management is very hands off (this is very good if you're experienced and know what you're doing, but for entry level employees, it's very hard to learn and grow without a lot of guidance/support)
