      Pros

      Great pay, and good benefits.

      Cons

      ManTech needs better management, poor planning and their HR department is not the best. HR managers think they have a say in a candidate's salary, leave that up to your boss. Vacation is not good at all. They do not have Unpaid Leave, so think carefully before you commit your life to a place that doesn't provide a good vacation package. I think you get 9 whole days out of the year if you are first hired on. Definetly negoiate vacation before you accept an offer.

      Pros

      If you get hooked up with a good contract, the company is great but if you get stuck with a stinker, then you'll be miserable. Good pay, average benefits.

      Cons

      They have grown through acquisitions and seem to have made every director from the acquired companies into a Mantech director or executive director. There is too much middle management and they seem to be falling over themselves and competing for each other's fiefdoms.

      Pros

      Military friendly company. Oppourtunities for additional training. 401K and Employee Stock Option Plan. Resonably priced medical benefits with multiple options. Jobs available around the world.

      Cons

      Limited oppourtunity for advancement outside of Washington DC area. Limited exposure to management when geographically seperated. Education money can only be used to persue degree related to current position.
