      Mantech SRS is a good place to work, but is loosing ground since being aquired by Mantech

      Pros

      Mantech SRS has a very skilled workforce and even more talented senior leaders. As a government contractor they are loyal to there employees and ofter make an effort to reposition individuals that are no longer on a contract.

      Cons

      401K Matching is only 4% in comparison to my current company which matches 10%. My experience with the health care provided was that most of the time it was a battle to have them pay a bill, resulting in a lot of lost time. Bonuses were promised when I signed on with the company, however the amount you received was at the discretion of the VP.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Health, Dental, VSP, and Flex Spending program are better that other companies. Leave is good - you can cash out your sick leave yearly.

      Cons

      The pay is low and raises are hard to come by. Basically, management doesn't even want to talk about money at the yearly review. It's all about what "you can do for the company", and "what kind of value add" you can be.

      Pros

      There exists an extremly positive corporate culture all-around with a focus on providing the best people with the right skills to their customers. Constantly evolving business opportunities allow you to continue with your professional development and move around within contracts to the positions you are best suited for. Senior management also seems to be very loyal to strong performers and is more than happy to promote from within which allows you career development as well.

      Cons

      Virtually all of the positions are located in the NoVa area.
