They lied to those of us who were indirect about having jobs four months after the company was acquired. While we could have been job hunting during that time, they represented that or jobs were secure when they clearly intended to keep us only as long as they wanted us, and without warning laid us off. Benefits are very expensive.

Not a place to grow roots. Get what you can and get out asap. Management will use you up for what they need. No upward mobility unless you are on the favored list and even that is limited. Personal opinion/upbringing is used to manage - facts, academic education, people management skills not required.
