      - Generally very good management - Good internal opportunities

      Cons

      - Better utilization of employee experience (many employees have decades of experience with DoD / ex-military, etc. )

      Thank you for your review. ManTech's management staff are great and we strive to utilize employees to the fullest on the contracts on which they work or find great internal opportunities. Appreciate the advice, however, ManTech has, and always will, hire the best candidates for the job without respect to any protected characteristic.       Pros

      Great benefits and perks. They held fun events and salary was fair.

      Cons

      Working there had a lot of perks but leadership was weak and allowed a lot of toxic employees overstep and create a poor work environment
