I was hired for a position and about a week later. They told me that the position that I was hired for was being deprecated. However, they agreed to still allow me to get the security clearance for the position. Almost seven months into the security clearence process, I get an email stating ". Unfortunately, ManTech was not awarded the recompete for this work, which means we are unable to move forward with your offer at this time" This is ridicilous considering the amount of time I spent into this process just to be told that it was all for nothing. Very unprofessional of this company? I do not recommend anybody attempting to even apply here at this point.Because if there is a possibility that they will just turn you down in the end. Thanks for wasting my time Mantech.

Company leadership only cares about profit and creates a work culture of intimidation and fear. Worked for 3 years only to never receive a promotion or yearly merit increase despite exceeding hiring goals consistently. Got laid off with no notice and no severance due to my position being “eliminated”. Second round of mass layoffs in a few months despite ManTech having the highest profits for their last 2 years. Maternity benefits were outsourced to a third party so HR was not helpful and finalizing benefits was extremely stressful.
