      Pros

      Pay exceeds that for federal employees.

      Cons

      The problem is with the contractor system. These contractor companies seem to exist mainly so that Congress can claim they're shrinking government, while increasing the taxpayer cost of each employee by 2x or more (salary difference + ManTech's cut). I have negligible contact with the company; they just funnel my pay to me.

      None that I can think of at this time.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a company that cares about it's employees, don't work here. Execs get huge salaries and bonuses. Workers are under paid, over worked and under appreciated. Very strong good old boy network in place.

      Pros

      Some of the more prominent people in my career field worked for ManTech... Can't really believe it, but apparently they did.

      Cons

      Too many to even bother listing. Why waste your time? If you can't get work elsewhere, the Post Office, BK, and ManTech are always hiring, but I think I'd really try harder to get the jobs at BK or the Post Office.
