Business Outlook
Pros
This was the first civilian company I worked for after leaving the military and it was a great transition to the business world. The level of knowledge and expertise available was incredible and most people had been with the company quite awhile and had no intention of leaving.
Cons
There wasn't as much training as there should have been thanks to the heavy work load, which was sort of a vicious circle. (I could have lessened that workload considerably if only someone had had time to train me!) I kept myself busy and productive but I could easily have spent all day doing busy work and accomplishing nothing.
