      Pros

      Not much to say, very few good people there.

      Cons

      Very top heavy, sr. management and executives have no clue of what they are doing, they don't communicate with their staff, and absolutely no clue on how to raise morale. Sr. executives have all the say they are destroying this company. Took away work/life balance. Ethics are not there. Lots of favoritism. High turnover.

      Pros

      Never a dull moment. Good work security. You should be able to have the same job for years to come. Good work/life balance if you are assigned the right contract. However, if you are good with variety of complex contract types, you will work long hours.

      Cons

      There are no incentives for those working with bigger workloads. There was a 1% raise was given to everyone in the department across the board, no drive to do more than what is expected. Those with "Big" contracts (and less) are left alone and are seen/known to come in late and leave early. They spend their time on the phone, or watching shows on their phones. They leave their desk piled with files to shield this behavior from glaring eyes. If you voice your concerns with supervisors, they are heard on deaf ears.

      Pros

      Casual attire permitted on site. Short commute distance to work. Some employees make the job worthwhile.

      Cons

      Corruption, favoritism, and lack of integrity throughout management. Good ole boy network. Mediocre work environment and facilities. Serious differences in pay for same work. If your resume gets the company money, you can pretty much get away with anything including not knowing how to do your job or creating a hostile work environment for everyone else who may still maintain a decent work ethic.
