      Pros

      Experience to jot down on a resume, ManTech University a decent outlet to learn, and pretty decent coworkers and colleagues.

      Cons

      Low pay, disorganized management. Hesitant and resistant to change for better, indirect rates high because of their attitudes to not change current process. There's a promise for promotion, but their word is as good as a distant family member who promises to pay you back.

      Pros

      Great worker-bees - wonderful regular employees.

      Cons

      The site management is made up of corporate hacks who drink so much of the Kool-Aid that they don't realize their lips are purple. They play pass interference all day long. They promote other hacks and denigrate seasoned workers who actually deliver for the Government client.

      The only thing I can say positive about ManTech is that most of their people are very nice and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      It's a sweat shop, far too many Corporate data calls that take precedence over customer deliverables. The Corporate leadership doesn't care about their new employees, i.e., getting them the help they need to actually succeed at MT. Their month-end schedule is so aggressive that you can work up to 70/hrs week just to get by....they treat you like second-class citizens, they are unprofessional and rude during meetings. I wouldn't advise anyone to work in the PCA field there. Their attrition rate for PCAs is astounding.....do yourself a favor and run from any MT PCA job openings.
