      It's hard work and we work a lot but it's a great environment so I love coming to work every day.

      Decent pay, benefits, and resources

      Cons

      You are not vested in your 401K for at least two years. Also, keep in mind as a gov contractor your pay is tied to the contract and if you are working primarily with the gov they are your co-workers as much as Mantech. ManTech cannot control the people on the government side.
