Pros

Stable contracts and plenty of room for mobility and advancement.

Cons

Contract work so regular recompetes. Leave and remote work during the pandemic were not as good as other companies.

Pros

Finding a good small team can be hard, but at least in my group, there are several choices with interesting things going on.

Cons

Advancement can be challenging for people who don't love what they do and perform at a very high level. But if you meet those requirements, you can advance. Compensation feels 10% - 20% below what I expected
