The company has a lot of great benefits: 21 days of PTO starting, health, dental, 401k

Pros

hours are good. Not a lot else other than free food often.

Cons

People are aweful, it seems like they just hire anyone, many have just walked out of their jobs. The training is HORRIBLE, no live training environment and real horrible trainers with lack of assistance after 'training" No annual raises FOR the VERY littlest factor on your personal review. Lack of help for new hires, judgement throughout on all employees makes it difficult to advance or to interconnect in a fun working environment. No communication when new policies come about or change, no one ever has the same answer.
