      Free coffee, the people you work in the trenches with everyday, they are great people

      Very toxic work culture, senior executives don't speak to employees, micromanaged to death, zero trust to do your job, get beat up every day on the most minuscule tasks from management when priority work piles up. If you speak up and offer new ideas, you are labeled a disenter. HR is absolutely useless and doesn't listen to employees. No one looks forward to coming into work anymore because of this. No work/life balance.
