Cons

Very toxic place to work. Yearly raises are very low, micromanagement, leads and management are two-face and toxic, laying off hundreds of workers to India. Stay in house!!

If you have an immediate need for money or a job, then by all means take the job here. However, if you are weighing a few options or are changing jobs to work at Mapfre, I would strongly advise against it. - Biggest one is Management. At the end of the day, the pros of working there mean nothing if management doesn't support you and acts in an unethical manner - Minimal support received by HR. - The work was a bit monotonous - Little room for growth

Hard to think of anything. Benefits are good I guess.

Cons

Inequality between departments (and even within the same department) of ability to work remotely. This may be because management is trying to get people to leave so they don’t have to layoff staff. When people leave, they are, in most instances, not replaced. Company is continuously increasing the amount of work being outsourced to other countries. Morale is low. Uncertainty of future is high. Many great people working for a company that does not care about them. I would never recommend the company, as it is today, to anyone I care about. Too much concern over the future.
