      Benefits including PTO time are pretty good. Pay is decent for some

      Work/Life Balance. One of the few companies bringing everyone back during the latest COVID surge. As more companies offer more work from home, MAPFRE is going back to pre-COVID and saying it’s a new flexible work policy. Who are they kidding? They did a great job during COVID but are back to their old ways

      Good benefits, especially holidays Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy Not enough opportunities for promotion Entirely too many meetings-- hope you like never getting anything done because you have to sit in a thousand meetings per day. No one here seems capable of working independently for even 5 minutes.
