Business Outlook
Pros
The company is relatively small especially in the US Market. It feels quite a bit more personal than working for some of the larger carriers in a similar role. There is a ton of independence and the equipment, company vehicle, and salary are favorable. Every front line manager I have interacted with does a great job of going to bat for their teams and being available as they can be with conflicting responsibilities.
Cons
It is relatively small and quite far behind in terms of systems and processes compared to other large national carriers. No bonus and 401k is 3% match if you contribute 6%. Not great, not bad. Other carriers have more robust benefits but lack the ability to work very independently
