They usually hire from within. The supervisors and managers all stick together like glue. They do no work, but yet constantly harass you on your on work. It is impossible to get a good raise here. If you spend too much time on the phone with a customer, you get penalized for it in your performance review. How can you establish good customer service with a customer when you are only allowed to stay on the phone for 5 minutes tops?

Micromanaging you to the point of being told you're "overly excessive" off your phone means 2 minutes over the allotted time...sorry I walk slow? Constant negatives being thrown at you...all the time. Where's the positive? You literally say "Good Morning" and "See you tomorrow" to your co-workers, because Heaven forbid you're off your phone....while managers/sups chit chat all day.
