      Pros

      Great peer to peer training in Insurance Operations. Manager is visible on the floor and is available to speak to in her office if you need some private time.Company has good benefits and is close to my home.

      Cons

      None at all. This is a clean and friendly place.

      Good atmosphere Friendly team-mates and environment Good salary and working hours (9-5 Mon - Fri)

      Cons

      Job can be sometimes monotonous but if you're willing to put in the work and hours then I don't find any major problem when I worked there.

      Good parking - Break room - Desk - Computer - office - chair ~ bathroom ~ stairs ~ Refrigerator ~ Seats ~ Sinks ~ toilets ~ Carpeting ~ Windows ~ cubicles ~ Coworkers ~ occasional meetings

      Cons

      This company is so biased and inept they make the sinking of the Titanic a happy ending! Everything from management to training is insufficient. All employees are rigged to fail and the only excuse put forth is "It's your fault". Managers in Massachusetts run the show and look for scapegoats when production is overwhelming. Unethical practices leave employees fearing for their jobs
