Some of the people here are very nice. There was a lot of work. It keeps you busy.

Cons

Some of the people here are very nice more often than not most of your supervisors are manager are going to be older and have been here for quite a while, there is absolutely no room to move up. They don’t care about your personal life or things going on and your personal life that may make things hard for your work life.

The pay at MAPFRE is excellent. I was paid almost 20% above market average for my experience level.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership is a major drawback. Management is disorganized, with little clear direction or vision, and decision-making feels rushed and disconnected from the reality of day-to-day work. Communication from the top down is poor, leaving employees in the dark about key initiatives or changes. While the team itself is supportive and collaborative, the lack of strong leadership and guidance makes it difficult to thrive in the role. Overall, if you're after a high paycheck and can tolerate frustrating leadership, this job might be worth considering, but if you value strong mentorship and clear direction, you may want to look elsewhere.
