Great benefits! The environment is very welcoming. I've been with the company 10 years & still love it.

Cons

I wish there were more branches in more areas such as Boston. Also, their salaries aren't the highest.

Been to some pretty crappy jobs and this was a great start. Systems are old but supervisors are fun and helpful along with HR security sucks. I think you need some new guards..

Stable company with great benefits and a good amount of paid time off. Lots of room for growth in many different fields. Good pay with annual raises.

Cons

Outdated systems. Many different systems are used, some of which are not user-friendly. Claims environment can be negative and challenging, but it is great for those that can handle it!
