      Pros

      Customer centric culture and great co-workers. Great benefits and employee discounts. Most supervisors are approachable and understand that life happens.

      Cons

      Salary- starts lower than many positions at other companies due to location of the company (not in a city). Often management does not understand the needs of particular positions and units due to never having worked the job themselves.

      Excellent atmosphere stressed by front lines management. Supportive front lines management, though style differs between front lines managers.

      Cons

      Lack of cohesion with front lines and senior managers adds a feeling of chaos at times. Antiquated IT and systems.
