Culture change needed.

Pros

In US you will be a project manager no matter what position you are hired for.

Cons

You will not have the pay of a project manager. You will be illegally over allocated and ridiculously under paid. There is almost no diversity as the majority of employees are on Visa. They will actively fight against any career growth opportunities that occur outside the company. The culture needs to change. My advice, take the job if it is a last resort find something positive to get you through the slog, but never stop looking and don't give up the hope of escape. It gets better.

Pros

young crowd thanks to very very high attrition...

Cons

politics, long-long hours, repetitive work, no respect, your boss will treat you as his/her slave and on top of that the most ridiculous policies which they have, seriously they should shut this place down and stop mental/emotional harassment of people...somebody rightly said that Glassdor should give us 0 rating option..i think we should have -ve rating option...

Pros

Nothing that I can think of

Cons

1. Long Working hours. You have to spend at-least 60+ hours a week & still you won't be satisfying your managers expectations. 2. Work Politics. Even after working for like 60+ hours a week, you won't be given that much importance in your projects. 3. Low Salaries/ Increments (Everything depends on your manager & that you can only get by flattering them) 4. No bus/cab service. But when you raise the same concern in front of your manager/HR/Admins, they will start talking about company policies. 5. No cafeteria. They have P1 to be said as cafeteria 6. No women security (as per company policies there will be no cabs after 10PM) 7. No time given to developers to explore new ideas because of their "AGILE model". 8. The “real” conversations happen offline, rather than face-to-face 9. Lack of healthy debate makes it difficult to build new processes and products. 10. This company is like a goat race where employees are focusing on flattering Team leads. Team leads on focusing on flattering Managers and the cycle goes on...
