You will learn many things. Complete exposure of the project. Open for any suggestion and design. Salary is good compare to other companies with same designation.

Cons

Timing: You need to come before 8:45 AM daily (3 late allowed in a month) and work late night if work is not finished. If you are good in technical and want to learn everything then only join. To much Process more than actual work. Much expectation from the developers.
