We get to learn about many new things,especialy for interns.Seniors are very helpful.Overall,the work culture is very encouraging.

Cons

You need to be prepared for long working hours.One needs to work for atleast 9 hours a day.Plus ,if you do not reach before 8:45 for more than 3 times,your salary will be cut.
