Pros
Always works on latest technologies Good in-hand salary for a starter Occasional realization that your formal communication is improving You get a closer look at a Capitalist (in case you are planning on writing a book about them) You will always have work to do as there is no bench What the CEO didn't learn at an IIT is taught to you (if you still have regret of not getting into one) Fair onsite opportunities for people having domain knowledge (but in gaining that you will start feeling sick of all that rubbish) Most employees are 'cool' as they have the same regrets as yourself
Cons
The Big Brother is always watching you just like an Orwellian society Company owners/CEO/Director are in complete obsession with their own lifestyles subtly forcing it on every employee You have to try really hard to be noticed Work is overkill (come at 8:30 AM and leave at 9:00 PM) Recently mobile was banned in the company (I left before that so I am not sure) NO Agile practice, instead company focuses on work more to balance out less employees and less time for a project" Domain knowledge is required in every project which is helpful only in projects at MAQ and other 'Microsoft' related companies If you are planning to go big in your life then this is really a mistake This is not a startup, nor a well-established company, it just feeds off one client which you cannot join for one year after leaving MAQ
