Rigorous training from day one which allows maximum learning and growth. Young and adaptive work culture. Transparent and employee oriented policies.

Cons

Need to be highly motivated to challenge yourself for learning new technologies and delivery client projects on them. Best talent pool brings in highly competitive environment which is also good in a way that allows employees to challenge their limits.

Good management, employees treated with respect and an excellent working atmosphere free from non-sense politics. An employee gets to work on the latest Microsoft technology in market which is one the biggest advantages of woking at MAQ Software. There is a rigorous training given to the employee thus making him competent enough to work in a professional and sound manner.

Cons

Long working hours everyday thus making it very difficult to take out time for personal life. Training is always conducted in a study group manner thus the R & D mode lengthens the training for a long time.
